Sugary Drinks: Children's Health (Pashto)
This short film helps families understand how drinks with high amounts of added sugar, such as soda and energy drinks, can affect children’s health. Two high school students demonstrate how much sugar can be found in a can of soda and discuss how sugary drinks may affect children’s energy, concentration, sleep, and dental health. The film also explains why energy drinks can be especially concerning for children and encourages families to choose healthier drinks, with water as a simple and healthy choice.
